Questions pros ask.

Zunsho is a booking link for in-person pros in Canada and the US. Clients book a time or send their idea, and deposits go straight to you. Here’s everything pros ask, in plain words.

Money and deposits

  • Do you take a cut of my money?

No. Your client pays you directly, and we take nothing from it.

  • How do I get paid?

Your way: Interac e-Transfer, Zelle, Cash App, cash or another way. The money goes straight to you. Card payments are coming soon.

  • Do I have to take deposits?

No. You choose for each service: a deposit, or none.

  • What if they don’t pay the deposit?

You pick the deadline: 12 hours to 3 days. We email them a reminder before your deadline when there’s time. If you haven’t tapped Deposit received by then, the time opens up again, and you’re both told.

  • Is it free?

Yes. Zunsho is free to use right now. When paid plans come, there will still be a free plan, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before anything you use costs money.

  • How do deposits work with Zunsho?

Your client sends the deposit straight to you, and you tap Deposit received when it lands. We email them how much, how to pay you and by when. Only they see your payment details; your public page shows just the names, like e-Transfer or Cash. Zunsho never sees the money, so only you can mark it.

Booking and your schedule

  • What are the two ways clients can book?

Reserve now and Let’s talk first, and you pick one for each service. With Reserve now, they pick an open time and they’re booked, and any deposit is due right away. With Let’s talk first, they send their idea, photos and 2 or 3 dates, and you accept or decline. A deposit is asked for only after you accept.

  • Can clients book any time they like?

No. Only in your weekly hours, around your days off, and on days you open with limited spots. For custom work, they suggest dates and you choose. You set how much notice you need, 24 hours to start, and how far ahead they can book, 60 days to start, up to a year.

  • What if I don’t answer a request in time?

You pick how long you have: 2 to 4 days. We warn you a day before. Then it closes, and they’re told.

  • Can I talk to a client before I say yes?

Yes. Set up a quick chat in Settings: in person, by phone or by video. Then invite a client to it from their request, and they pick a time. While the invite waits, their request stays open.

  • Can I open a day with limited spots, like a flash day?

Yes. Open a flash day, a pop-up or mini sessions with 1 to 200 spots. Show it on your page or share it only by link. It closes when it’s full, and opens again if a spot frees up.

  • Can two clients book the same time?

No. Two clients can never book the same time on your page. Walk-ins and times agreed in DMs aren’t in it, and you can’t add a booking by hand yet, so add those times as days off.

  • Do my bookings show up in Google Calendar?

Yes, one way. Subscribe once and your bookings show up in Google or Apple Calendar, with the service and your client’s name. It doesn’t see your other plans, so add those as days off.

  • How do I move or cancel a booking?

From the booking, on your phone. Move it, and your client gets the new time by email. Cancel it with a reason, and mark a deposit you got as refunded or kept. You send any refund yourself; Zunsho never moves money.

  • What happens when a client doesn’t show up?

Once their time has started, tap No-show. You keep any deposit you got, and their card counts the no-show. No email is sent.

Your clients

  • Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They book on your page in their phone’s browser. No app, no account, no password.

  • What emails do my clients get?

An email for every step, sent for you in your name. They get their request or booking, your answer, the deposit and a reminder about it, the confirmation with a calendar invite, and any new time or cancel. They also get a reminder 2 days before if they booked further ahead. Replies go to you.

  • Can clients cancel or move their own booking?

Not online. They reply to any email about their booking, and you move or cancel it. A client can withdraw a request before you answer it.

  • Do clients agree to my rules before they book?

Yes. Your rules show before they book or send a request, and they agree to them first. The version they agreed to is saved with the booking.

  • Can I still talk to clients in my DMs?

Yes. When someone asks in your DMs, send them your link.

Setting up

  • How do I sign up?

Tap Get your booking link and type your email. We email you a link to sign in. No password.

  • How do I set up my booking page?

In six short steps on your phone. They are your name and link, what you do, your first service, how people pay you, your rules, and a few photos. Each step saves as you go, and you can skip payment and photos and add them later.

  • Who is Zunsho for?

Solo pros in Canada and the US who book their own clients. That’s tattoo artists, barbers, nail techs, lash and brow artists, hairstylists, personal trainers, makeup artists, photographers, massage therapists, car detailers, tutors and cleaners. Pick your trade and you get starter questions you can edit. Do something else? Pick Something else.

  • Do I need a website or an app?

No. You get your own booking page. You run it from your phone’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android, tap the menu, then Install app.

  • How do I add my booking link to my Instagram bio?

Copy your link, then in Instagram go to your profile, tap Edit profile and add it under Links. A short bio line like “Booking requests: link below” tells people where to tap.

Privacy and trust

  • Do you sell my data or my clients’ data?

No. We don’t sell personal information, use ad trackers or send marketing email. Your clients get no cookies from us.

    Read the privacy page
  • Where is my data stored?

With the companies that run parts of Zunsho: Railway (hosting, the database and photos), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (checking forms are filled in by people). Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the US. We remove location details from every photo.

  • How do I delete my account and my data?

Write to info@zunsho.com or use the contact page, and a person deletes it for you. There’s no delete button yet. Clients can ask us the same way, or ask you.

  • Who runs Zunsho?

Zunsho is run by Nexora Unity LLC, 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor #4813, Wilmington, DE 19801. One founder built it, for anyone who books their own clients. The operator’s legal name and mailing address are still to be confirmed before Zunsho opens to everyone.

    About Zunsho

What’s coming

  • Can clients pay a deposit by card?

Card payments are coming soon. For now, clients pay you by Interac e-Transfer, Zelle, Cash App, cash or another way you name, like PayPal or a bank transfer.

  • Do clients get text reminders?

Text reminders are coming soon. Clients can already tick a box to get texts, but none are sent yet. Email reminders go out for you today.

  • What can’t Zunsho do?

Card payments and text reminders are coming soon. Today it doesn’t connect to Instagram, read your other calendars, take tips, sell gift cards or packages, or run a page for a team. Clients can’t move their own booking, and you can’t add a walk-in by hand. Your page always shows a small “Booking page by Zunsho” line.
